Our dual pickling & passivation process is applied by immersion in citric acid based chemistry after a choice of specific pre-treatments via our tank immersion process.

This process will remove contaminants of the stainless steel and assist the formation of a continuous chromium-oxide, passive film. Our process conforms to most commercial, industrial and aerospace requirements.

Please note: Work that you require guaranteed to be ready before Christmas shutdown will need to be on our site by Monday 15th December.

Any work received after Monday 15th December will be completed before the Christmas shutdown by prior arrangement only.
