Due to the implementation of UK Reach legislation as of the end of September 2024 we can no longer supply the following product:
- Yellow/Gold passivation of zinc plating.
- Alocrom 1200 aluminium conversion coating.
There are replacement products that have been developed over the years to supersede these products.
Thick film trivalent passivation of zinc plating which are equivalent to the corrosion values of the previous yellow/gold coloured products however these have a silver visual look.
Surtec 650v or Iridite NCP will replace the Alocrom 1200 product again there is a change in the visual colour with these products they are more a self colour of aluminium.
