NADCAP (for Chemical Processing (CP)
Our registration for the NADCAP program has begun, with procedures and systems being installed we are targeting 2021 for full accreditation.
AS 9100 D
A great start to the new year with our AS 9100 D achievement. Our future growth plans have dictated that we need to achieve NADCAP accreditation for chemical processing (CP), we needed to achieve AS9100 accreditation beforehand and are pleased that we are now the proud holders of this certification… NADCAP here we come!
NEW Truck Ordered
Our current fleet of 2 trucks currently 18 ton and 7.5-ton the smaller truck is to be replaced in April increasing capacity to 26 ton and an increase in length this should satisfy current and projected demand for the next few years.
Additional Zinc Plating Line
Our 3rd Zinc Rack line, with additional Barrel facility installation underway with targeted commissioning for March 2020. The new line has a larger weight capability with a limited dual-barrel facility and has been designed with flexibility in mind with to assist with difficult items requiring a manual interaction capability and of course, is PLC automated in part.
New Wet Spray Facility
Our new wet spray booth and oven will be introduced in the coming weeks to help us provide a complete service to our diverse customer base, enabling us to clean, pre-treat and apply a choice of paint systems. There will, of course, be limited masking options to start with.
New Powder Coating Line
In conjunction with our growth plans and for the introduction of new processes and services we are installing a new powder coating facility In readiness to decommission the existing line due May/August 2020 This will make room and allow us to segregate our AS9100 Cell and related processes.
