Our dual pickling & passivation process is applied by immersion in citric acid based chemistry after a choice of specific pre-treatments via our tank immersion process.
This process will remove contaminants of the stainless steel and assist the formation of a continuous chromium-oxide, passive film.
Our process conforms to most commercial, industrial and aerospace requirements.
